So, it seems that New York City streets are still public property, not the property of a deranged staff in the Mayor Bloomberg’s City Hall. The proposed new regulations restricting photography are to be revised (and hopefully withdrawn, forever!). Check this New York Times’ article for more details and remember that if you are reading this post, you are either living in NYC or going to move to NYC, or visit us because yeah, you prefer not to buy that iPhone and come here instead, & yeah — shoot some amazing street photography. I don’t blame ya.
